NOW HIRING: Field Sales Representative – FMCG

Full-Time | Immediate Start Preferred

Job Summary:

About Us:

We are a fast-growing FMCG company with an exciting portfolio of products including Multigrain Chips, Breakfast Cereals, Functional Beverages, and Hygiene Essentials. We’re looking for Field Sales Representatives to drive sales and grow our retail presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of FMCG products by visiting and managing retail outlets, ensuring products are stocked and prominently displayed.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and customers to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Development: Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base by targeting potential clients in the region.
• Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, share marketing materials, and promote special offers to drive customer interest and sales.

Key Requirements (Education, Work Experience & Skills):

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in FMCG)
• Strong local market knowledge
• Owns a two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Basic reporting skills via mobile or Excel
