Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients in person, promoting our products/services, and closing sales within an assigned territory. You should be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers in the field to present company products/services.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct product presentations as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collect feedback from the field and report market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, support, and operations for smooth delivery and service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting formats.
- Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate – depending on company standards].
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [Insurance / Banking / Telecom / FMCG / etc.].
- Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior.
