Field Sales Representative (Base Salary +Commissions)

Join Trinity Marketing, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing field sales teams. We work with leading national charities and run face-to-face sales campaigns across Dublin.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers door-to-door and at events
• Present well-known charity brands
• Deliver confident face-to-face sales pitches
• Hit daily/weekly sales targets
• Work closely with your team + attend coaching sessions

What We Offer

• €600/week (first 4 weeks)
• €700/week + uncapped commission + bonuses
• Fuel/Public transport allowance: €60/week
• OTE: €45,000–€50,000+ per year
• 28 days paid holidays
• Paid training + progression: Fundraiser → Team Leader → Manager
• Monday–Friday, 10:30–18:30 (no overnight travel)

• Confident, outgoing communicators
• Sales-driven, motivated, resilient
• Customer-facing or sales experience (advantage, not required)
• Comfortable working outdoors & meeting new people
• Eligible to work in Ireland

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €31,200.00 per year
