We are one of Ireland’s fastest-growing sales and marketing teams. We partner with leading charity organisations to grow support through professional face-to-face fundraising across Cork and surrounding areas.

Full-time, permanent role with guaranteed weekly pay + commission.

The Role

• Engage with the public door-to-door and at events
• Represent respected Irish charity partners
• Have meaningful conversations and inspire monthly donors
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude
• Take part in regular coaching and development

What We Offer

• Training pay: €600 per week (first 4 weeks)
• Post-training pay: €700 per week + uncapped commission + bonuses
• Fuel allowance: €60 per week
• OTE: €45,000–€50,000 per year (performance-based)
• 28 days’ paid annual leave (including bank holidays)
• Paid training + clear progression (Fundraiser → Team Leader → Manager)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30–18:30 (7.5 hrs + break)
• Work locally in Cork — no overnight travel

• Confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people
• Motivated, resilient and target-driven
• Works well independently and in a team
• Sales or fundraising experience is a plus (not required)
• Eligible to work in Ireland
