  • As an employee with us, you will receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program – including both a mentorship program with experienced colleagues in Finland and international training at our headquarters in Germany. We combine e-learning, virtual training, and hands-on practice so you can grow into the role with confidence and expert support.
Responsibilities
  • Install advanced medical technology equipment in neurosurgery, ophthalmology clinics, and refractive care
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performance and operational reliability
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
  • Carry out emergency service during unexpected downtime or faults
  • Perform upgrades and improvements on existing equipment
  • Collaborate with a Nordic service team based in Finland
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional on-site technical support
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has a technical background, preferably in mechanics or electronics, as well as networking/software
  • Has some IT experience, particularly in networking and system integration
  • Is service-minded, self-driven, and comfortable traveling for work
  • Enjoys problem-solving and building strong customer relationships
  • Is fluent in English
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable being in the field 1–3 days at a time, occasionally 3–5 consecutive days, with approximately 60–80 overnight stays per year
  • Experience from the healthcare sector or from traveling roles is considered a strong advantage.
