Field Service Engineer - Experienced

We support major equipment manufacturers and direct customers with:

• Equipment installation
• Manufacturing support
• Maintenance services
• Complex installation and de-installation projects

For our Leixlip, Kildare location in Ireland we are currently looking for Field Service Engineers to join the local account teams providing on-site technical support for customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain complex electro-mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and resolve technical issues
• Replace faulty components and perform preventative maintenance
• Install, relocate and commission customer equipment
• Support project activities under supervision
• Learn from senior engineers and work towards technical certifications
• Build professional relationships with customers
• Travel for business assignments when required.

Essential Qualifications

Technical Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in:

• Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
• Qualified electrician
• Or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 5-8 years' relevant experience
• Previous experience with semiconductor capital equipment
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good level oof spoken and written English
• Ability to attend technical training in the USA at short notice
