To strengthen our highly committed team in Kuopio , we are now looking for a motivated „Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) Building Automation“.

In this role, you will support our customers primarily at the Jyväskylä region , including on-site service, office-based work, and remote support. Your responsibilities involve programming, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Honeywell building automation systems. You will work both independently and as part of our service team to ensure that customer projects are completed within agreed schedules and to the highest standards.

In individual projects, you will also contribute to developing automation programs, verifying technical plans, and managing the ordering of equipment and materials according to project agreements. Honeywell software tools are used for automation programming, and training will be provided. Experience with the Niagara framework and readiness to carry out software and graphics programming within this system is especially valued.

Your profile:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, automation, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • Demonstrated substantial experience in programming, integration, commissioning and troubleshooting of building automation control systems, e.g. in the context of HVAC controls, Fire and Security
  • Experience with Niagara framework, with advanced skills preferred and strong motivation to grow into an expert level considered as a plus
  • Knowledge of key communication protocols such as (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX, OPC UA, ESPA 4.4.4) and networking skills
  • Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and an independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Valid car driving license
  • Very good Finnish and good English language skills
