Position: Field Superintendent – Plumbing & Mechanical

Location: Edmonton and area
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Project Management – Oversee budgets, schedules, and key milestones.
✔ Quality Control – Ensure materials and workmanship meet company and industry standards.
✔ Safety Compliance – Maintain a safe job site and enforce regulations.
✔ Team Leadership – Direct and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors.
✔ Client Communication – Keep clients updated on project progress.
✔ Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

- Blueprint & Schematic Proficiency – Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Construction Knowledge – Expertise in plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Safety & Quality Focus – Understanding of industry standards and compliance.
- Leadership Experience – Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
- Engineering or Project Management Experience – Preferred but not required.
