Full time position available on a 2:2 roster

The role:
Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an engaging Administration Logistics Professional for a permanent Site Administrator role at our remote mining village operation in Western Australia.

What this role involves:
Waste Receival Administration
Booking flights & accommodation - mobilisation
Answering and directing telephone enquiries
Assisting with guest and resident queries
Data entry
Incoming and outgoing mail
General Office duties
Assist the broader team as required in all areas

Skills and Experiences:
What we require from you:
Previous administration camp experience
Accommodation reservations systems experience INX
Current Australian drivers license (manual preferred)
National police clearance within 6 months - or willing to obtain
Stable & progressive employment within a remote environment
Well developed computer literacy
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, high attention to detail & organisation skills
Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
Motivated, constructive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
Adherence general safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather
