The Opportunity:
Take the next step in your career as a Filling Technician, working on the Filling Line in a Graded Area, maintaining the highest standards of aseptic technique and manufacturing excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Operate on the Filling Line as a validated gown operator, adhering to SOPs and aseptic protocols

  • Support biannual media fill validations to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Drive continuous improvement through updating documents and managing Change Proposals under GMP standards

  • Review, update, and author SOPs, batch records, and worksheets within required timeframes

  • Investigate and report deviations using strong problem-solving techniques

  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing and other departments to maintain workflow and schedule adherence

  • Promote a strong EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) culture in all activities

What You Will Bring:

  • Degree in Science (or equivalent) preferred

  • Practical experience in manufacturing environments

  • Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP, or ISO 9000 standards

  • Strong written communication, numeracy, and technical reporting skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and SAP

  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset

  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
