The Role
We’re looking for a hybrid storyteller, filmmaker, and editor with a bold, fun, and fast-paced style. Someone who can own projects from idea to final cut: shaping the narrative, shooting, editing, grading, sound mixing, and adding a touch of motion or 3D.
This role is all about creating impactful video content that makes Veo’s content and products come alive, from product launch films and campaign edits to customer stories and paid ads.
What you’ll do
- \uD83C\uDFA5 Shoot & direct: Capture the raw spirit of sport, from sidelines to sit-down interviews.
- ✂️ Edit: Create bold, rhythmic, and story-driven edits with energy and style.
- \uD83C\uDFA8 Polish: Color grade, sound mix, and bring stories to life with motion and 3D.
- \uD83D\uDCE3 Shape narratives: Work with our creative team to turn product features and customer stories into memorable edits.
- \uD83D\uDCE2 Shape new advertisements: Develop bold video ads and deliver assets to our Performance Marketing team, driving leads and growth.
- \uD83C\uDF0D Think multi-format: Deliver both hero films and social cutdowns that land with audiences worldwide.
What you bring
- A strong reel or portfolio showcasing your storytelling and editing with style.
- Hands-on experience with filming, editing, color grading, and sound mixing.
- A bold, fun, and fast-paced editing style (think Nike and Adidas).
- Strong narrative instincts. Journalistic or documentary experience is a plus.
- Motion graphics or 3D skills (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
- A passion for sport and the energy it brings.
How we work
- \uD83C\uDFAC Software: Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Premiere Pro + After Effects), DaVinci Resolve for color, and Blender for 3D.
- \uD83D\uDCBB Hardware: Apple MacBook Pro (M4 Max) paired with a BenQ display.
- \uD83C\uDFE2 Environment: We work from our Copenhagen HQ in an open office. Veo has an office-first culture, so you’ll collaborate closely with the team every day.

You’ll be part of Veo’s Marketing Creative Team, our in-house creative team that drives growth through campaigns, product launches, and paid ads.
