Apply now for the position of Finance Analyst and you will partner with our Varian business to provide financial insights, forecasting, budgeting and commercial support. You’ll play a key role in monthly outlooks, annual budgets and 5-year planning, while supporting pricing, tenders, business cases and performance analysis across the Varian business.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term hybrid role with two days per week in the office, offering strong work-life balance and flexibility to work either four or five days per week.

Your role:

• Financial monitoring, forecasting and budgeting
• Partnering with managers to support decision-making
• Preparing monthly finance updates and presentations
• Involvement with Pricing Target setting & pricing excellence
• Contributing to cost optimisation and business improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and governance standards

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Accounting (Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent)
• Strong Excel and SAP skills (Power BI or QlikView desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
