Finance Analyst, Eu Amxl Last Mile

Do you want to be part of an organization that has end-to-end supply chain scope and is developing and launching new business models across the world? If so, the EU AMXL Last Mile Finance team is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst, with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute high visibility, strategic and revenue generating projects. These projects include building supply chain solutions that are customized for large and heavy items.
As part of transportation finance for AMXL-Europe, you will partner with various teams across the entire supply chain including operations, supply chain, retail, procurement, and third party logistics providers and carriers. You will provide insightful guidance via financial decision support, financial modeling, controllership and Think Big cost optimization initiatives. You will also execute high visibility, strategic, cost improvement as well as revenue generating, customer facing projects.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Operations to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain key reporting metrics that drive business performance.
- Drive variance analysis against budgets, identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with Operations, Retail, Transportation planning and Supply Chain teams to drive optimal cross functional decision that maximize Amazon's long term free cash flow.
You will be the single Finance point of contact for variable cost across all AMXL delivery stations in Europe. You will manage both controllership as well as planning and interact with EU senior leadership on a weekly basis to provide insights into financial performance.
About the team
The AMXL EU Last mile Finance team is responsible for Under The Roof (UTR) and On The Road (OTR) financial reporting, planning and cost-out initiatives in six European countries.
MBA or CPA. Experience in participating in continuous improvements projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
