Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking Finance and Accounting Interns - Boca Raton, FL.
Finance and Accounting Interns will support the department in various ways throughout the duration of their internship. This is an exciting opportunity to get real-world experience learning aspects of finance and accounting.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Reconciling daily financial documents.
- Tracking and confirming items purchased with Campus Rec staff and following up with purchasing.
- Reconciling internal tracking spreadsheets to Workday.
- Reconciling credit card reconciliations.
- Tracking spending as compared to budget.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts as needed.
- Organizing files and paperwork as required.
- Reviewing forms for correctness and available financial resources.
- Entering requisitions into Workday.
- Entering journal entries into Workday.
- Performing other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a undergraduate degree-seeking student at Florida Atlantic University. Students must have at least a 2.5 GPA, and enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
Salary:
$15.00 per hour.

Scheduled hours will be between Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, up to 20 hours weekly.
