We are a fast-growing company in the mortgage industry seeking a highly motivated Finance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess clients' financial situations and needs.

Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine creditworthiness.

2. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on various financial products and services, including loans, mortgages, insurance, and investment opportunities.

Identify clients’ particular financial and insurance needs through email, phone calls, interviews or other methods.

Advise clients on the most suitable financial products based on their individual requirements.

3. Market Research:

Monitor financial markets and industry trends to stay informed about changes that may impact clients.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market conditions.

4. Negotiation and Communication:

Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions on behalf of clients to secure the most favourable terms.

Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

5. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Stay informed about changes in regulations and update clients accordingly.

Work as an independent agent during financial negotiations and facilitating loan arrangements for clients.

6. Documentation and Administration:

Prepare and review financial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Manage the administrative aspects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

1+ years of experience of similar role or in the mortgage industry.

A good mastery of English and Mandarin.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key risk factors.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Experience with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
