We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Coordinator to oversee and streamline our financial operations. This role is integral to ensuring accurate client billing, employee commission tracking, financial reporting, and budget management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in financial tools, and able to turn data into actionable insights for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial platforms, including Stripe, QuickBooks, and Monarch accounts.
  • Handle all client onboarding and offboarding tasks related to finance.
  • Create, edit, and send client invoices in a timely manner.
  • Process and track employee and partner commission invoices.
  • Monitor monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and budget performance
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Build detailed reports in Google Sheets for leadership, breaking down: Average revenue per client

Profit margins
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
Other key financial KPIs

  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing business finances and invoicing.
  • Proficiency in Stripe, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets with the ability to create automated, visually clear reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Experience in a subscription-based or MRR-driven business.

Job Type: Contract

Base Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Work Location: Remote
