- Daily accounts Book keeping
- Prepare Management accounts for auditor using account software
- Preparing of payments to subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing of monthly budgeting
- Tracking of monthly giro payments.
- Tracking of company’s hire purchase
- Tracking of monthly loan payment
- Monitor company’s account bank balance
- Preparing of payment for monthly salary.
- Prepare and submit for monthly CPF
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST to IRAS
- Any other finance related duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
Education:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
- Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
