Finance Executive - CA (Remote)

Nuclei is a fintech SaaS startup working with 25+ enterprise clients across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We help enterprises transform customer engagement and build "Super-app" experiences while expanding across Asia, SEA, MEA.
As Finance Executive, you will –
- Manage/Overview business finance reconciliations and reporting for all the products
- Design and drive payment and settlement processes for multiple marketplace products in the most efficient way
- Handle cash flow planning, Banking, and Treasury operations
- Collaborate with technology teams for automation of finance processes
- Manage to Read Agreements & Draft Legal Notices
- Handle All Legal & MCA Compliances and ensure compliance with all the relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2013
- Set up the operations and processes for business finance in line with the accounting standards
- Handle tax compliance (both Direct and Indirect), filing of returns, payment, litigation, etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Good To Have –
- CA with 4-10 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
- Articleship experience is a must for applying for this role
- Excellent knowledge in Excel, SQL and Data Analysis
- Excellent knowledge of Indian Accounting, Taxation and MCA Compliance
- Has the hunger to learn new skills and the confidence to pursue something new
