Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region.

Summary:

We are looking for an HBO (or WO) student in the final year of studies for a six-month internship in the Finance Department at Lotus Cars Europe in Amsterdam.

Your main activities will involve supporting the finance team in audit coordination and financial operations, providing you with hands-on experience in international automotive finance within a Chinese-English bilingual environment.

Main activities to support on:

• Coordinate and support internal & external audit processes, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Organize and maintain audit documentation, ensuring compliance and timely follow-ups
• Assist in preparing financial reports by consolidating data from multiple sources
• Schedule meetings, record minutes, and track action items related to audits
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvement projects

We are looking for a person who:

• Is in the final year of university pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Has a strong interest in automotive finance and international business operations
• Is fluent in both English and Chinese (business communication level)
• Has strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (knowledge of financial tools is a plus)
• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
