- Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for the subsidiary, ensuring compliance with the Austrian Unternehmensgesetzbuch (UGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Independently prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) and submit them to Group Headquarters in a timely manner.
- Liaise with external auditors to coordinate and complete the annual statutory audit and tax audits, ensuring the compliance of all financial data.
- Accurately calculate and timely file Austrian tax returns, including Value Added Tax (USt.), Corporate Income Tax (KÖSt), and Wage Tax (Lohnsteuer), utilizing knowledge of local tax incentives and benefits.
- Maintain tax archives and promptly respond to inquiries from tax authorities to mitigate tax risks.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation (e.g., EU digital tax reforms) and update internal tax procedures accordingly.
- Maintain the local SAP FI (Finance) module, ensuring data consistency between the system and the general ledger.
- Oversee payroll accounting (in collaboration with an external payroll service provider), ensuring compliance with Austrian social insurance (SV) and labor laws.
- Fulfill other tasks and duties as assigned by the company and direct supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 4.500,00€ - 7.000,00€ per month
