If you have a passion for finance, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a strong attention to detail, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives• Manage the company's budget, cash flow, and financial forecasting• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential investments and projects• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and maintained• Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize financial risks• Manage and guide the finance team to ensure their professional growth and developmentRequirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role• Strong knowledge of financial processes, procedures, and regulations• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Proven experience in managing a team and working collaboratively• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability• Professional certification (e.g.
