Ourisman Tri State Ford in Rising Sun has an opening for an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. We are one of the largest family owned dealer groups in the nation. Responsibilities:

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries
• Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans
• Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals
• Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers
• Manage CIT to fund all deals in less than 6 days
• Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance department
• Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Finance Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager at a Franchise Dealership
• Professional appearance and strong communications skills
• Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, DriveCentric, DocuPad experience preferred
• Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
• Team oriented
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
• 100% EContract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
