We specialize in premium motorhomes and high-end towable RVs, working with customers purchasing large, luxury recreational assets who expect a professional, consultative finance experience.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who can confidently handle large-ticket financing, lender structuring, and premium protection product presentations while delivering a first-class customer experience.

If you excel at structuring complex deals, working with lenders, and presenting value to customers investing in premium RVs, this role offers the opportunity to build strong earnings on high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and secure financing for luxury motorhome and premium towable purchases
• Work with major banks and RV lenders to obtain competitive approvals
• Present and sell F&I protection products including extended service plans and protection packages
• Ensure all deals meet compliance and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a professional and transparent finance experience for RV buyers

What We’re Looking For

• Finance Manager experience in RV, automotive, or powersports
• Strong understanding of lender programs and deal structuring
• Professional presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage large financial transactions with confidence and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role
