Finance Manager, Reverse Logistics Services Finance

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) - Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field - Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles - Experience in accounts receivable or account payable - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses - Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
Amazon seeks an experienced Finance Manager to support the WW Returns & ReCommerce team with specific focus on EU Customer Returns Transportation and program launches. The Returns Experience Team owns driving initiatives that reduce cost of returns and enhance the returns customer experience, among others, and the FM will be vital to its success. As the Finance Manager, you will partner directly with the business and tech teams to identify the right business strategies, help define roadmaps, and provide guidance and reporting. As a key member of the team, you will directly influence business decisions including customer experience, business model, pricing, and long term vision. You will have a strong operational and controllership mindset as we continue our mission to build best-in-class reverse logistics processes. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE - Creating, improving, and maintaining financial models to evaluate programs within the Returns & ReCommerce business - Gathering analytical insights and develop financial frameworks to help grow profitability - Completing cost / benefit analyses and communicate key drivers / inputs to support business decisions - Facilitating financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management - Creating, improving, and maintaining financial metrics, reports and scorecards - Communicating financial and business results including variance analyses to senior business leaders
