Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of AR, AP & GL Function
- Key in and preparation of payment, reconciliation of vendors' accounts
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
- Monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers
- Assist in monthly closing, annual audit process and reconciliations
- Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in AP & AR functions
- Having knowledge of GST - input & output tax
- Familiar with MS Excel and accounting software
- Able to work on a 5.5-day (alt Sat-off) work week schedule
- Immediately availability preferred
