Job Description

Responsible for full spectrum of AR, AP & GL Function
Key in and preparation of payment, reconciliation of vendors' accounts
Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
Monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers
Assist in monthly closing, annual audit process and reconciliations
Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in AP & AR functions
Having knowledge of GST - input & output tax
Familiar with MS Excel and accounting software
Able to work on a 5.5-day (alt Sat-off) work week schedule
Immediately availability preferred
