Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our VOIS Luxembourg Finance Services team. This role is pivotal in shaping the Finance Operations and Digital Strategy for Luxembourg, working closely with both finance and business stakeholders.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement to pay process across all Luxembourg entities, ensuring compliance with Group governance and local policies. You will also play a crucial role in preparing internal reports and forecasts, supporting both internal and external audits, and driving system enhancements in collaboration with various off-shore VOIS Service Line teams, Local Finance and Business teams, and other Vodafone Group functions. Additionally, you will assist in transformation and process improvement programs, set up Finance Service support for new businesses (e.g., e-sim in Luxembourg), and integrate new scopes into Finance Services.

#### Key Accountabilities:
Supporting the financial accounting processes and month-end procedures for various entities in Luxembourg, with a special focus on Tomorrow Street. Providing detailed analysis on Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, highlighting key facts and variances against Budget/Forecast/Previous periods. Creating and sharing ad hoc reports and management information for Luxembourg entities upon request, including finance analysis for board meetings. Managing various aspects of Cash Flow and Working Capital reporting for the main Luxembourg entities. Taking full responsibility for the PTP processes across Luxembourg entities. Supporting new transformation initiatives and process improvements in close cooperation with Service Lines. Assisting in the statutory audit process for VRS, Tomorrow Street, and other Luxembourg entities. Ensuring compliance with Finance and Group controls for respective entities. Providing inputs for local regulatory reporting and managing bank mandates. Supporting the forecast process in coordination with business stakeholders, Group Reporting, and Group Planning teams. Overseeing Finance Services Delivery in close collaboration with Service Line functions to ensure the delivery of Finance services meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks. Cultivating a strategic, value-driven culture within the retained Finance Services team, emphasizing innovation, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.


Who you are

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to ensure a transparent representation of the results, processes, and procedures and to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Experience in overseeing (virtual) teams in a complex, remote, and dynamic operating environment.
  • Technical Financial Skills: Basic technical financial skills (e.g., financial accounting) as well as system skills (ERP and analytical tools), financial modelling.
  • Customer Focus: ‘Can Do’ mindset with a focus on exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Educational Background: University postgraduate degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of working experience in FinOps, FP&A, and statutory audit, either through practical delivery or oversight.
  • Accounting Standards: Basic knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg accounting standards.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English. Any other EU languages would be a plus.
  • System Experience: Experience with SAP FI and HFM would be preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in international organizations and the telecommunications industry would be an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong cooperation, coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Analytical mindset, hardworking, innovative, adaptable, and a team player.
