Job Summary

5th Avenue Furniture is a family owned and operated business expanding into a second location in Southfield Michigan. Our goal is to provide a smooth, efficient, and friendly buying process for our customers. We are looking for Finance Team Members to provide a genuine and organic experience for the everyday customer. Enthusiasm and Integrity are required to be successful in this position. As part of the Finance Team you will need to know the process of submitting an application, processing, finalizing, and explaining Lease to Own or Credit Check terms.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma/GED
• Experience with Lease to Own Finance Companies
• Reliable Transportation
• Willingness to learn
• Point of Sales System Experience/Baseline Computer skills
• Critical Thinking
• Ability to overcome stressful situation

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to explain terms and conditions of Finance to the customer in an efficient manner
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Follow up phone call & emails
• Verify ID and fraud prevention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
