JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Transformation Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance process improvement, systems implementation, data analysis, and change management initiatives that support our company’s strategic transformation goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Information Technology and Retail Operations to help identify inefficiencies, contribute to process standardization efforts and support implementation of SAP S4 Hana System for all the Group companies in Italy and abroad.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in Finance transformation project activities aimed to the implementation of SAP S4 Hana.
Support the finance transformation team and the finance departments of the different Group Companies in data cleansing and cutover activities.
Assist the finance transformation team in the temporary activities requested to manage the transition from the old to the new systems.
Support in the preparation of finance processes documentation, finance procedures and training materials.
Support in data analysis.
Participate in workshop for localization analysis.
Collaborate in designing localization solutions for the worldwide rollout.
Provide assistance to the finance teams of the companies involved in the transformation project during the go-live and post go-live phase.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree in economic subjects or currently pursuing a degree in economics.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work towards goals.

Ability to learn quickly and work in an agile and dynamic environment.

Ability to manage a high volume of details related to different finance processes.

Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
