Financial Advisor – Life, Pensions & Investments

Location: Kerry/Cork/Limerick

Reporting To: Manager

Agrifinance Life and Pensions is a growing and ambitious financial services firm, established in 2022, committed to delivering expert advice and personalised solutions across life assurance, pensions, and investments.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Financial Advisor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation.

You will work directly with the Managing Director in a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment, with the opportunity to make a real impact as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed revenue and business targets for life, pension, and investment products.
  • Provide expert financial advice based on comprehensive fact-finding processes, identifying and prioritising each client’s financial planning needs and long-term goals.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to grow the Agrifinance Life and Pensions client base.
  • Ensure full adherence to company standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the use of approved systems and technology platforms.
  • Take ownership of your professional development by continually enhancing your technical knowledge, sales capabilities, and understanding of market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required.
  • A recognised financial qualification (e.g. QFA, CFP) is essential.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored recommendations in life, pension, and investment products.
  • Proven track record in direct or intermediary sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital point-of-sale/administration systems.
  • Self-starter with the drive and energy to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Regulatory Compliance

This is a Controlled Function under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Fitness and Probity Regime. As such, compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies is a requirement at all times.
