Description:
The Finance Analyst reports to the Senior Management Accountant and is responsible for:

Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals
Management Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Executive Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations
Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements across the organisation
Key Projects: Leading and supporting key financial projects that drive business growth and profitability

Some of the key activities in this role include:

Creating detailed business analyses and outlining key opportunities
Defining business requirements and reporting up to the Executive Leadership Team
Budgeting and forecasting
Planning and monitoring
Financial modelling
Variance analysis
Pricing
Reporting

Skills and Experiences:
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial analysis that supports business finance planning and reporting
Superior financial, analytical, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, assess its value, and present findings clearly and concisely, appropriate to the audience, enabling decision making
Strong computer literacy skills across the Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
NetSuite or Microsoft Navision experience is advantageous
