We are now looking for two Financial Controllers to join our Group Accounting and Reporting team in Group Finance.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality group accounting and reporting services to our stakeholders
• Ensure data correctness, high quality, compliance and timeliness of all reporting in your own responsibility area
• Perform complex group accounting and reporting tasks in your own area, and take ownership of the selected responsibilities
• Participate in monthly, interim and annual consolidation and reporting
• Contribute to strategic projects in defined areas
• Participate in continuous improvement process and process development implementation in your own area
• Act as a key user for the group reporting tool: support other teams and guide them in their reporting tasks
• Work closely with our internal and external stakeholders and ensure a well-functioning partnership with key stakeholders
Implement regulation changes in your own responsibility area

Who you are

You are a self-directed finance professional with a solution-oriented mindset. Your analytical skills, group reporting process understanding and prioritizing capabilities contribute to the success of the entire team.

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or business administration
• You have strong knowledge and 1-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing OneStream. Group accounting process knowledge is considered an asset
• You have strong IT skills: In addition to normal MS Office tools, experience in OneStream and SAP are considered an asset
• You are fluent in Finnish and English, other language skills are considered an advantage
• You have good analytical skills and the ability to understand and conceptualize complex processes and data flows
You have strong collaboration and teamworking skills with a flexible, positive, and proactive attitude towards change in a global work environment
