Pay2day is a growing financial services business. We currently have several locations around the GTA and are continuing to expand. This position if perfect for you if you are looking to join a diverse, fun and dynamic team with potential for career growth and ongoing development. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing superior service to your clients, with a focus on building rapport while using a sales approach.
We are looking for a Candidate with open availability. Which means you would be available to work any day and any shift between the hours of 6:30am to 9:30pm.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Cash handling/teller responsibilities
- Opening/closing the branch
- Performing daily calls to remind clients of payment arrangements
- Reviewing applicants/completing financial risk assessment to determine approvals
- Responding to client inquiries/Information requests by both clients and senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to maximize profit while focusing on exceptional customer service
- Focusing on client retention
- Marketing/growing the business
We are looking for the following candidate profile:
- A high school diploma and equivalent work experience
- A passion for customer service and sales excellence
- Experience in finance is preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Basic computer skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality
- Team player
- Dependable
- Adaptable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.55-$18.55 per hour
