Financial Reporting Specialist (M/F)

The Financial Reporting Specialist will assist the finance team in the monthly/quarterly financial result reporting process to the management and in-depth analysis, which are essential for the operational and strategic management of the Company. He/ she will report to the Consolidation & Financial Reporting Manager.

Missions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Preparation of the annual Group IFRS consolidated financial statements for holding companies in France and Luxembourg.

2. Preparation of the statutory financial statement for legal entities in Luxembourg.

3. Collaborating on the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results closing process with the accounting/procurement/sales and other departments.

4. Verification of the monthly result reporting by business Unit.

5. Providing the monthly and quarterly reporting package (performance report) to the management, BoD.

6. Issue weekly report with statement of accounts for all key customers to the management

7. Issue monthly sales reports for Group entities in Luxembourg

8. Manage weekly accounts receivables meeting.

9. Report accounts payable to the management by legal entity.

10. Perform the inter-company accounts reconciliation, provide intragroup sales reports to the management and issue/book corresponding intragroup monthly invoices.

11. Provide OWCR, fixed costs and CAPEX needs analysis to the management.

12. Perform monthly stock variation analysis and report stock values and stock depreciation to the management.

Skills and Competencies

a) Knowledge of accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

b) Good analytical skills

c) Good knowledge in MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel.

d) Fluent in English, French is an advantage

Profile

· Diploma in Finance or Accounting

· 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
