Job Summary

DIGIT INSURANCE is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to help clients understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will build long-term customer relationships, provide professional financial guidance, and contribute to the company's business growth through ethical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, networking, and lead generation.

Assess clients' financial goals, income, and insurance requirements.

Recommend appropriate life, health, motor, travel, and other insurance products.

Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium options clearly.

Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims guidance.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Stay updated on new insurance products and market trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

(Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is an advantage.)

Freshers with strong communication and aptitude may also apply.
