Leluia Hall, the newest concept from Tonidandel-Brown Restaurant Group, is seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Set to open soon, we are excited to begin building the exceptional team that will bring this vision to life.

As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, supervising our service staff, and managing the overall operations of the front-of-house.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, including supervising service staff, managing schedules, and ensuring that all customer standards are met.
• Lead by example and provide exceptional service standards to all guests.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensure that the dining room is kept clean, organized, and properly set up for service.
• Develop and implement training programs for service staff to ensure that all service standards are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, service performance, staff, and guest feedback.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the dining room.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
• Manage and order front-of-house supplies and assist with inventories.
• Handle employee relations, including weekly check-ins, performance management, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager, Manager, or similar role.
• Level 1 Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers or a similar certification.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000
• Benefits: Medical insurance after 60 days, restaurant group discounts and paid time off.
