We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beverage Waitress to join our team in a dynamic, new fine-dining environment. As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering high-quality service and expertly handling beverage orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve beverages following established standards of service and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, including wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, to provide recommendations to guests.
• Collaborate with bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring prompt service and satisfaction.
• Adhere to all beverage handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and dining space throughout service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is required, particularly in fine dining establishments.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
