Finishing Foreman

We are seeking skilled Finishing Foremen to join their team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all finishing works to meet high standards and project specifications.

Manage and direct subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers for efficient operations and timely completion.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, schedules, and safety protocols.

Collaborate with project managers to create and implement effective finishing work plans.

Maintain detailed records of daily site activities, including progress updates and deviations.

Ensure finishing work aligns with regulations, building codes, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role on large construction projects.

Expertise in finishing materials, methods, and quality benchmarks.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.

Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction sector.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and project documentation.
