Finishing Foreman

We are seeking 4 experienced Finishing Foremen to join a leading Tier 1 construction contractor based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise subcontractors, trades teams, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of finishing works.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project standards, safety protocols, and timelines.

Work closely with the project management team to coordinate schedules and plan finishing phases.

Maintain meticulous records of site activities, including daily reports and logs of progress or any deviations.

Guarantee all finishing works adhere to industry regulations, building standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Finishing Foreman or equivalent role on large construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and quality benchmarks.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and efficiency.

Thorough understanding of construction health and safety standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
