Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman/Site Manager to join our team. Walsh Homes Ltd currently has over 700 houses in the pipeline to be delivered over the coming years across multiple residential developments, providing long-term opportunities within a growing company.

The Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman/Site Manager on residential developments
• Strong understanding of residential construction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Safe Pass required
• Full driving licence preferred

DUTIES:

• Manage daily site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Ensure works are completed on programme
• Maintain high standards of health & safety
• Monitor quality control and site organisation
• Liaise with management and suppliers
