We are looking for an experienced Finishing In-Charge to oversee and manage all garment finishing operations for men’s wear. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output, meeting shipment deadlines, and maintaining productivity standards as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise complete garment finishing processes including:
• Thread cutting
• Checking & inspection
• Washing coordination
• Ironing & pressing
• Folding, tagging, packing & dispatch
• Plan and execute daily finishing targets as per shipment schedules
• Ensure garments meet buyer quality standards and AQL requirements
• Manage finishing team, allocate work, and monitor performance
• Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandiser teams
• Handle final inspections and ensure readiness for shipment
• Maintain records of production, defects, and rework
• Ensure proper packing standards as per buyer specifications
• Monitor housekeeping and safety in finishing area

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in garment finishing (Men’s wear preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finishing processes and quality standards
• Experience in handling bulk production and export orders
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/production reporting is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
