Key Components of Finishing Engineering Work1. Plastering and Painting

• Internal and external wall plastering
• Primer and final coats of paint or wall finishes
• Texture finishes or wallpaper application

2. Flooring

• Laying tiles (ceramic, vitrified, marble, granite, etc.)
• Wooden flooring or vinyl flooring
• Skirting and edge finishing

3. Ceiling Works

• False ceiling installation (POP, gypsum, metal)
• Lighting fixtures and ceiling fans

4. Doors and Windows

• Fixing door and window frames
• Installation of shutters, locks, handles, and stoppers
• Aluminum, UPVC, or wooden window fittings

5. Electrical and Plumbing Fixtures

• Switchboards, sockets, and lighting
• Sanitary fittings: washbasins, WCs, faucets, geysers
• Kitchen sink and plumbing connections

6. Modular Installations

• Modular kitchen setup
• Wardrobes and storage units
• Bathroom accessories

7. External Development

• Landscaping and gardening
• Paving, driveways, and compound walls
• External lighting and signage

8. Quality Checks and Handover

• Final inspection and snag list preparation
• Rectification of defects
• Client walkthrough and handover documenta
• Skills Required for Finishing Engineers
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• Coordination with vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Quality control and snag rectification
• Time and resource management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,932.70 - ₹45,000.00 per month
