Key Components of Finishing Engineering Work1. Plastering and Painting
- Internal and external wall plastering
- Primer and final coats of paint or wall finishes
- Texture finishes or wallpaper application
2. Flooring
- Laying tiles (ceramic, vitrified, marble, granite, etc.)
- Wooden flooring or vinyl flooring
- Skirting and edge finishing
3. Ceiling Works
- False ceiling installation (POP, gypsum, metal)
- Lighting fixtures and ceiling fans
4. Doors and Windows
- Fixing door and window frames
- Installation of shutters, locks, handles, and stoppers
- Aluminum, UPVC, or wooden window fittings
5. Electrical and Plumbing Fixtures
- Switchboards, sockets, and lighting
- Sanitary fittings: washbasins, WCs, faucets, geysers
- Kitchen sink and plumbing connections
6. Modular Installations
- Modular kitchen setup
- Wardrobes and storage units
- Bathroom accessories
7. External Development
- Landscaping and gardening
- Paving, driveways, and compound walls
- External lighting and signage
8. Quality Checks and Handover
- Final inspection and snag list preparation
- Rectification of defects
- Client walkthrough and handover documenta
- Skills Required for Finishing Engineers
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Coordination with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Quality control and snag rectification
- Time and resource management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,932.70 - ₹45,000.00 per month
