How a day-to-day will look like:

• Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions (via phone, mail or chat)
• Troubleshooting when needed
• Providing information about products

What do you need to be successful at this job:

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Finnish
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English
• EU passport or PT Work Permit
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Tech savvy with passion for helping others
• High school diploma or equivalent
