Job Description

Fire Alarm Technicians are fully CFAA certified individuals who are motivated, organized and customer focused individuals willing to contribute their knowledge and expertise in the area of inspections, service, maintenance and installation of fire alarm and life safety systems.

In this challenging and rewarding role you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections as required
  • Service work and repairs on fire alarm systems
  • Installation, verification and programming of systems
  • Required to be on the after-hours on call rotation

What makes you valuable?

  • Must be registered with CFAA as a fully Licensed Technician
  • 2 or more years of experience in the fire alarm industry
  • Special Hazard and Programming experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and possess a high level of electronic skills
  • Knowledgeable on applicable codes and standards
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer & mobile device use
  • Valid G Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
  • Self-motivated with focus on customer care
  • Willing to contribute to a positive team environment
  • Possess effective verbal & written communication skills
