Fire Alarm Technician

Duties:

• Be able to work Independently and in a team environment to perform quality work.
• Show customers how to use alarm system, discuss any questions or concerns
• Compose and submit documentation and reports for each installation or repair visit
• Inspect and test systems to ensure all components are performing well and comply with safety requirements
• Complete inspections of fire alarm systems
• Complete fire extinguisher inspections
• Complete verifications of fire alarm systems

Requirements:

• CFAA certified in Ontario
• At least 3 years of experience servicing fire alarm systems
• Must have a valid Provincial Driver’s License
• Previous experience maintaining fire alarm equipment would be considered an asset.

Note: Certification & prior experience as an Alarm Technician or in a related field is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• alarm technician: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CFAA (required)
