About the Role

Due to continued growth, Fire Protection Ireland is looking for experienced and motivated Fire Extinguisher Engineers to join our expanding team.

This is a field-based role servicing, installing, and commissioning fire extinguishers across customer sites in line with I.S. 291:2015 + A1:2022 standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients remain compliant and protected, while identifying new opportunities to support their fire safety needs.

What You’ll Do

• Service, install, and commission fire extinguishers across multiple customer sites.
• Plan daily appointments efficiently to maximise productivity.
• Maintain vehicle stock and complete accurate service reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify additional service opportunities.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to the highest quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organised.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in servicing portable fire equipment (preferred).
• Full, clean Irish driving licence.
• Must be 25 or over (for insurance purposes).
