As a Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your role will involve assisting customers with their orders, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and supporting the overall operations of our fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and promotions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare food items as needed while adhering to culinary standards.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or food handling is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and food safety practices is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
