The Fish Market is an award winning Family run Business based in Roselawn shopping Centre Blanchard town. The shop is a 10 minute walk from Castleknock and Coolmine Train Stations and is also well served by Dublin Bus.

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team with Immediate start. We would expect the right candidate to have exceptional customer service skills with level b2 English, friendly and positive attitude and a energetic drive towards the job.

Candidate requirements:

• Knowledge of handling Seafood product.
• Level B2 English.
• Food Hygiene & Haccp training.
• Experienced customer service.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Creative counter display setup.
• The highest standard of customer service.
• Filleting, pin boning and skinning.
• Till Management.
• Cleaning.
• Preparing and creating value added seafood products.
• Practicing a high standard of food safety and haccp.

The Role requires a full time Candidate working 39 hours per week.

Our working week is Tuesday to Saturday

Business opening hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday- 10am to 6pm. Friday -10am to 7pm.

We close every Sunday , Monday and Bank Holiday Tuesdays.

We close on Christmas Eve for 10 days over the Christmas period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
