Fit Out Foreman – Commercial Interiors

We are looking for an experienced Fit Out Foreman to manage day-to-day site activity on commercial interiors projects across Ireland.

This role would suit someone with strong fit-out experience, excellent trade coordination skills, and the ability to keep fast-moving projects on programme while maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and finish.

The Role

As Fit Out Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations on commercial fit-out, refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B projects. You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage site logistics, support the project team, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from site set-up through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, logistics, and sequencing
• Monitor progress against programme and report updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site
• Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, permits, RAMS reviews, and close-outs
• Check quality of works, finishes, snagging, and general site presentation
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction details
• Coordinate with M&E trades to avoid clashes and delays
• Maintain site records including daily diaries, manpower levels, deliveries, and progress updates
• Support commissioning, snagging, close-out, and handover documentation where required

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Site Manager within commercial fit-out or interiors
• Experience delivering fast-track fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Good knowledge of site health and safety procedures in Ireland
• Valid Safe Pass
• Valid Manual Handling certificate
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site details
• Experience coordinating multiple trades, including M&E
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Legal right to work in Ireland
• Full driving licence preferred

Desirable Experience

• Trade background, ideally carpentry or joinery
• CAT A and/or CAT B fit-out experience
• Experience working in live environments or out-of-hours projects
• Experience with high-end finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings, firestopping, and final snagging
• First Aid, Working at Heights, MEWP, IOSH, SMSTS or similar training
• Experience using Procore, Autodesk Build, Aconex, or similar systems

Pay: €52,509.63-€77,635.87 per year
