Are you a fitness professional looking for a new career to push you to the next level? We are looking to add a full time trainer to our staff to help manage the inflow of new clients as well as push current clients to continue to improve.

We specialize in transforming the lives of everyday people by helping them fall in love with fitness.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a coach who will be the driving force behind our clients success and overall studio growth. As a coach, you will be responsible for coaching classes, facilitate clients success, as well as help bring in new clients (with resources we provide)

We have built a super strong community over the last two years, but are ready to go to the next level.

As a result, you will not not have to work split shifts. Waking up at 3 am to coach 5 am classes/sessions and then ending your day at 8 pm for your last session. We don’t do that. Our team members get to have a life outside of working while creating a massive impact on their communities.

Responsibilities:

• You will be coaching up to 3-4 class / sessions per day
• Be a strategic partner with the owner to grow the studio membership base through sales
• Conduct high energy and highly detailed training sessions that showcase the value of our programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nurturing them throughout their fitness journey and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
• Meet and exceed new member targets by consistently driving to impact more lives.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Qualifications:

• Must love to work in a competitive, results driven fitness environment
• Must bring tremendous energy to all sessions and team interactions
• Must have the ability to be the number #1 coach
• Ability to intelligently connect with clients
• Previous experience in fitness desired - but not required if you have a love of fitness and know your way around a gym
• Relentless approach towards achieving your goals
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects through compelling messaging.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in tight knit & community driven work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt your approach to different client needs and objections.
