Fitness Sales Coordinator [ One55 Health & Fitness]

One55 Fitness offers the largest fitness facilities in Western Sydney located at West HQ. With qualified instructors, weights & equipment, a dedicated 25-metre pool, steam room, sauna, private fitness studios and cafè, One55 is a state-of-the-art Western Sydney Gym.

This role involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of Group Fitness, Gym Floor, and Personal Training, ensuring our members receive the best fitness experience possible.

The day-to-day:

• Coordinate and oversee Group Fitness classes, ensuring a diverse and engaging schedule.
• Manage the gym floor operations, including equipment maintenance and member safety.
• Supervise and support Personal Trainers, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and enhance member satisfaction through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a fitness leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping our members achieve their fitness goals.
• Strong supervision and people leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• High level computer literacy and administration skills.
• Initiative, motivation and enthusiasm for delivering results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with team, members and other stakeholders.
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration within the team.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Certification in fitness instruction or personal training (e.g., Certificate III and IV in Fitness).
